    • Guarantee Replacement Policy

    Firstly – Guarantee:

      • The Company guarantees all the (power tools) for 24 months as maintenance guarantee.
      • The Company guarantees the pumps and submersibles for 24 months.
      • The Company guarantees the water tanks and pumps that operate on gasoline engines for 12 months.

    1.The guarantee doesn’t include fire of coil caused by rigidity resulting from rust and calcification or dry operation or in case of submersibles plug cut-off.

    2. The guarantee for submersibles shall be forfeited in case a plunger operates\\\\nin a water level less than that recommended for cooling.

      • The Company guarantees structural equipment, power generators, welding machines, air compressors, and agricultural equipment for 6 months.

    1. The guarantee includes the motor only but doesn’t include structural parts or generating unit and voltage regulator in electrical generators.
    2. The guarantee for structural equipment and welding machines include the\\\\nmaintenance costs only but doesn’t include the spare parts or replacement.
    3. All structural equipment with engines shall be sold without engine oil and without fuel. Consequently, if any damage or failure occurs due to non-addition of any of the said items, the Company shall not be responsible for the repair.
    4. The guarantee doesn’t include defects of gardening equipment that operate with mixed gasoline and oil (wood saw, leaf blower, agricultural mower).

    Guarantee Application conditions

      •         The guarantee period includes replacement of manufacturing defects for 14 days from the date of purchase and for one time only.
      • The guarantee doesn’t include the defects resulting from misuse, bad installation or operation, or failure to follow the instructions of operation and periodic maintenance (change oil, cleaning air filter etc.) as per the recommendations of the catalogue attached with the equipment.
      • The guarantee doesn’t include the consumable parts of the product which
        need to be replaced periodically such as (brushes, filters, capacitors, carburetors, oil, etc.).
      • The guarantee doesn’t include the batteries, chargers, laser devices or generator units and voltage regulators of generators.
      •           Any damage in the body of the equipment or misuse shall place the equipment out of the guarantee.
      •            The guarantee shall be canceled in case the equipment is repaired outside the Company’s service center or in case of plug cut-off.
      •     The guarantee doesn’t include the equipment rented by the customers to the others.
      • Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.

                   

      Secondly – Maintenance:

      • The equipment maintenance period shall be 15 days from the date of receiving the equipment or the date of the customer approval.
      • The Company shall not be responsible for the equipment after the elapse of 90 days from the date of informing the customer to collect the equipment.
      • The customer shall bear the costs of spare parts and maintenance after the expiry of the guarantee period.
